Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, high-quality in-home care including companionship, meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance
- Monitor client health status and document care activities with precision using our digital care platform
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Implement specialized care plans for clients with dementia, post-surgery recovery, or chronic conditions
- Maintain a safe, comfortable, and stimulating home environment tailored to client preferences
- Transport clients to appointments, social engagements, and essential errands
- Act as a trusted advocate, communicating needs and updates proactively to family stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional caregiving experience with verifiable references
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) license required
- CPR/First Aid certification and current TB test
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record and reliable vehicle
- Exceptional communication skills and cultural sensitivity for high-net-worth clientele
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Experience with medication management and specialized care protocols
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred for bilingual client interactions
