Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as per care plans
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
- Maintain detailed care records and communicate effectively with family members
- Implement emergency protocols and ensure client safety at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- CPR/First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication skills and compassionate demeanor
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Clear background check and TB test results
