Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious and appetizing meals according to dietary restrictions.
- Administer medication reminders and document compliance accurately.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and vacuuming.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- CNA, PCA, or Home Health Aide certification is highly preferred.
- Current, valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- A genuine passion for helping the elderly and disabled population.
