Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized care plans including medication management and mobility assistance
- Provide companionship and emotional support for elderly clients
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to medical teams

- Maintain detailed care documentation and client records

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification required (BLS preferred)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
