Responsibilities
- Manage complex medical coding and billing for multi-specialty practice
- Oversee claim submission, denial resolution, and AR follow-up
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and regulatory adherence
- Train junior billing staff on RCM workflows
- Analyze billing data for process optimization
- Collaborate with insurance carriers for reimbursement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential
- Expertise in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
- Proficiency with Epic or NextGen EHR systems
- Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration preferred
