Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in accordance with nursing standards.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to therapies, alerting physicians to any changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and critical situations.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting (Medical-Surgical or ICU preferred).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to new environments quickly.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
