Responsibilities

- Coordinate multidisciplinary care for complex trauma cases
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with 99.8% precision
- Lead rapid response teams during mass casualty incidents
- Train junior staff on triage best practices and critical thinking
- Collaborate with physicians to prioritize patient interventions
Qualifications
- 5+ years emergency department or urgent care experience
- Active NY RN license with ACLS/BLS certifications
- Master's degree in Nursing or Emergency Medicine preferred
- Expertise in ESI 5-level triage methodology
- Proven ability to handle 50+ patient assessments per shift
- Spanish/English bilingual proficiency required
