Responsibilities
- Assess patient acuity using electronic triage systems with provided digital diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with emergency department teams using telemedicine equipment for remote consultations
- Utilize provided mobile ECG monitors for rapid cardiac assessments
- Train staff on advanced triage technologies including digital vital sign analyzers
- Implement patient flow protocols using supplied digital tracking systems
- Maintain equipment calibration logs for provided medical devices
- Participate in disaster response drills with supplied emergency medical kits
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas with 3+ years emergency department experience
- ENPC or TNCC certification required
- Proficiency with electronic health records (Epic preferred)
- Experience with telemedicine platforms and remote monitoring devices
- BSN or higher degree (MSN preferred)
- ACLS/BLS certifications maintained
- Demonstrated ability to operate advanced diagnostic equipment
- Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure environments
