Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to elderly patients in assisted living facilities
- Assist with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals
- Administer medications under supervision as per protocols
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Support patient emotional and social well-being
Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays
- TB test and physical exam clearance
