Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor client vital signs and report changes to healthcare professionals
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Document care activities and maintain detailed client records
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain safe living environments

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- State-certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Nursing Assistant (NA) credential
