Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Document accurate and timely medical records, including medications, treatments, and patient responses.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adapt quickly to new electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical environments.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff at all times.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina (or compact state).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting (e.g., Med-Surg, ICU, Telemetry, ER).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
