Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and comprehensive health assessments based on established nursing standards.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and licensed providers.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient medical records, assessments, and care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions continuously and intervene immediately in emergency or critical situations.
- Adhere to all facility policies, safety regulations, and infection control protocols at all times.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota (or compact state eligibility).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or medical facility setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
