Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures with sterile instrument preparation and equipment handling
- Maintain sterile environments and implement aseptic techniques in operating rooms
- Prepare surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment according to case-specific requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and restock surgical supplies to ensure operational readiness
- Document procedural details accurately in electronic health records systems
