Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments and equipment
- Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
- Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments
- Monitor inventory and restock operating rooms
- Document procedural activities accurately
- Maintain patient safety protocols throughout surgeries
- Collaborate with surgical team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior surgical tech experience required
- Strong willingness to learn through our paid training program
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and documentation skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Texas driver's license (if applicable for facility transport)
