Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in specialized units including ICU, ER, and Oncology
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining accurate documentation
- Lead patient education initiatives to promote health literacy and recovery
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and HIPAA regulations

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Georgia (compact license preferred)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in a top-tier hospital
- BLS, ACLS, and specialized certifications (e.g., PALS, TNCC) required
- Proven expertise in electronic health record systems (EPIC experience strongly preferred)
