Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with hospital protocols and state regulations.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitoring patients for adverse reactions.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and clinical outcomes.
- Participate in orientation, training, and unit handovers to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Adhere to strict infection control and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or a compact state.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting (Med-Surg, ICU, or Telemetry preferred).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to adapt to different shifts and patient volumes.
