Responsibilities
- Prepare sterile surgical environments and equipment for procedures
- Assist surgeons during operations with instrument handling and sterile field maintenance
- Document procedures remotely using our HIPAA-compliant digital platform
- Manage inventory and sterilization processes at our Milwaukee facilities
- Collaborate with surgical teams via virtual pre-op planning sessions
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and sterile processing standards
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- 2+ years of scrub tech experience in surgical environments
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Ability to travel to Milwaukee facilities for surgical procedures
- Strong understanding of sterile processing protocols
- Excellent communication skills for remote team collaboration
- Current BLS/CPR certification
