Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms with sterile equipment and instruments
- Assist surgeons during procedures with equipment handling and wound closure
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols
- Operate surgical technology including robotic systems and sterilization equipment
- Inventory and manage surgical supplies/equipment
- Collaborate with surgical team for seamless patient care
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
- Minimum 1-year OR experience preferred
- Proficient in sterile processing and equipment handling
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to operate advanced surgical technology
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Ohio Surgical Tech license
