Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in assigned clinical units under preceptor guidance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient data using EMR systems (Epic, Cerner)
- Adhere to facility protocols and state nursing regulations
- Participate in handoffs and shift reports
- Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Wisconsin or compact state
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN/BSN)
- Pass NCLEX exam results
- BLS certification (provided if not current)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Valid driver's license
