Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse clinical settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and specialized procedures per protocols
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO, OSHA, and facility-specific regulations
- Adapt quickly to new environments and clinical systems
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and relevant specialty certifications (e.g., TNCC, PALS)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Proficient with EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Valid US passport and clean background/driving record
- Ability to start within 14 days of offer
