Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in specialized units (ICU/ER/Telemetry)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Document patient records accurately via EMR systems
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and facility standards
- Maintain HIPAA compliance during remote documentation
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact state
- 1+ years recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Flexibility for 13-week assignments
- Strong telehealth documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to new EMR systems
- Excellent communication and critical thinking
- Pass background/drug screenings
