Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations.
- Assess patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, and monitor vital signs effectively.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Document patient histories, symptoms, and treatment responses accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations within the assigned unit.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, families, and staff at all times.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Arizona (or compact state eligibility).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
