Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient history, symptoms, and progress accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and critical care situations.

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in Texas (or compact state).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to diverse healthcare environments and shifts.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
