Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and conduct thorough clinical assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and care plans.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin or a compact state.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience (Med-Surg or ICU preferred).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to commit to 13-week travel assignments.
