Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in specialized units (ICU, ER, Telemetry, etc.)
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Document clinical accurately using EMR systems
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards
- Maintain compliance with state nursing regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota or compact state
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent clinical experience
- BLS certification; ACLS/PALS preferred for specialties
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Valid driver's license for travel assignments
