Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor health status.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
- Document patient medical history, symptoms, and reactions accurately and timely.
- Respond to emergency situations and critical patient needs promptly.
- Educate patients and families on healthcare management and discharge instructions.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in North Carolina.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and team dynamics.
- Valid state ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
