Responsibilities
- Provide advanced patient care in Baltimore-area hospitals using state-of-the-art equipment
- Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA/JCAHO safety standards with provided equipment
- Participate in rapid-response and code-blue scenarios
- Educate patients and families on care plans using supplied resources
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Maryland or compact state
- 2+ years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with medical equipment (provided)
- Flexibility for 13-week contracts
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new healthcare environments
