Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Telemetry units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using electronic health records
- Provide education to patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience in specialty area
- BLS/ACLS certifications required (PALS/NRP for pediatrics)
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Flexibility to adapt to new environments and clinical settings
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
