Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings with specialized focus in assigned units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and documentation accuracy
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations
- Maintain electronic health records (EHR) systems with remote-friendly accessibility
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and facility-specific protocols
- Participate in telehealth consultations when applicable
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in relevant specialty
- BLS/ACLS certifications (PALS preferred for certain units)
- Flexibility to adapt to new environments and schedules
- Strong telehealth and remote documentation skills
- Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to pass comprehensive background checks and drug screens
