Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures with precision and compassion
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain strict compliance with hospital protocols and nursing standards

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and relevant specialty certifications required
- Flexibility to work 8, 12, or 16-hour shifts based on facility needs
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
