Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings in Fort Worth metropolitan area
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilize remote charting systems for seamless documentation and communication
- Adhere to all JCAHO, OSHA, and facility-specific protocols
- Participate in telehealth consultations as needed for remote-friendly assignments
- Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems with remote access capabilities
- Provide clinical mentorship to local staff during assignment transitions
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BSN degree preferred (ADN considered with experience)
- BLS, ACLS, and relevant specialty certifications required
- Ability to work independently while maintaining remote communication protocols
- Flexibility to travel within 50-mile radius of Fort Worth
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and remote charting systems
- Strong time management and adaptability skills
