Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by interviewing, observing, and examining patients.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
- Respond to emergencies and provide high-quality critical care.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a specialty unit (ICU, Med-Surg, ER, or Telemetry preferred).
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
- Ability to travel and adapt to new environments and healthcare systems quickly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
