Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of experienced clinical staff.
- Monitor patient health status, administer medications, and document vital signs accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Assess patient needs and educate families regarding discharge and ongoing care instructions.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff at all times.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and critical situations.
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to relocate or travel for temporary assignments.
