Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient medical histories, symptoms, and progress accurately and timely.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment by adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to families and patients.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered California RN License.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
