Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while strictly adhering to safety and documentation standards.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and electronic health records (EHR) in a timely manner.
- Ensure strict compliance with infection control procedures and hospital policies.
- Act as a patient advocate, providing education and support to patients and their families during their stay.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a relevant specialty (e.g., Med-Surg, ICU, Telemetry).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Flexibility to adapt to different healthcare settings and travel schedules.
- Willingness to submit a valid background check and drug screen.
