Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with state regulations and facility protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient care plans, procedures, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Respond to emergency situations with composure and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered RN license in the state of California.
- BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- BLS and ACLS certifications must be current.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to different healthcare environments.
