Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in diverse clinical settings.
- Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and progress notes.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Administer medications and perform clinical procedures within your scope of practice.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and sterile environment for all patients and staff.
- Adapt quickly to new unit protocols and electronic health record systems.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience preferred.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required (based on specialty).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to new environments with ease.
