Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Assess patient needs, develop, and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vitals and document clinical progress accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.
- Adhere to all hospital safety policies and protocols.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to travel for 13-week assignments.
