Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including hospitals, specialty clinics, and urgent care centers
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Document patient observations, treatments, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of California
- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in relevant specialty
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Strong assessment skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to new environments and protocols
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
