Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with nursing standards and hospital protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and licensed healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient health information, assessments, and care plans accurately and timely.
- Maintain a safe and clean healthcare environment, adhering to all safety and infection control regulations.
- Provide patient and family education regarding medical conditions and treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma or a compact state.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent acute care nursing experience (ICU, Med-Surg, or ER preferred).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
