Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in diverse hospital settings across Portland metro area
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain patient safety and quality outcomes
- Adapt quickly to new clinical environments and hospital protocols
- Document patient care accurately using electronic health records systems
- Participate in shift handovers and team meetings for continuity of care
- Maintain compliance with all state nursing regulations and facility policies
- Provide mentorship to permanent staff during assignment transitions
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required (PALS/NRP preferred)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
- Travel nursing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass background check and health screenings
