Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Accurately document patient assessments and interventions
- Adhere to facility policies and safety protocols
- Participate in orientation and skills training
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control
- Support patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- ASN, BSN, or Diploma from accredited nursing program
- Active RN license (or eligible for Kansas licensure)
- Recent nursing graduate or <1 year experience
- BLS certification (required within 30 days of start)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
