Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with hospital standards and nursing protocols.
- Assess patient needs, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and infection control policies.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California or a Compact State.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and shifting priorities.
- Willingness to travel and work varying shifts (Day, Night, or Rotating).
