Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg departments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care with precision and compassion
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in electronic health records
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Adhere to facility protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida or compact state
- Minimum 1-2 years of acute care experience
- BSN degree preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to adapt to new environments and workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver's license for local travel assignments
