Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in high-acuity units (ICU, ER, Telemetry)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic records
- Adhere to hospital protocols and state nursing regulations
- Provide education to patients and families on health management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts or compact state
- 2+ years of recent acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and relevant specialty certifications
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Flexible schedule with weekend/holiday availability
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Travel nursing experience preferred
