Responsibilities

  • Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by licensed healthcare providers, ensuring patient safety and proper documentation.
  • Monitor patient progress and response to treatment, making necessary adjustments to care plans.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records, charts, and patient documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
  • Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.

Qualifications

  • Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Oregon.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in the relevant specialty (e.g., Med-Surg, ICU, Telemetry, ER).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
