Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via phone and triage systems using advanced medical equipment
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) and diagnostic tools for accurate patient prioritization
- Collaborate with physicians using telehealth platforms for remote consultations
- Administer emergency care protocols with provided AEDs and trauma kits
- Document patient interactions using HIPAA-compliant digital systems
- Educate patients on home care using provided educational technology
- Maintain triage equipment calibration and inventory
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (TX RN)
- Minimum 2 years emergency/urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth tools
- Strong triage assessment skills using digital protocols
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts with provided equipment
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- BSN preferred, ADN accepted with experience
