Responsibilities
- Perform rapid patient assessments using SBAR protocols
- Operate provided diagnostic equipment (ECG, pulse oximetry, glucometer)
- Coordinate with ER physicians and specialists via telehealth systems
- Maintain accurate digital health records on provided EHR platform
- Train new staff on triage protocols and equipment usage
- Participate in disaster response simulations with provided emergency gear
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado
- Minimum 2 years emergency department experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
- Proficiency with provided electronic health record systems
- Ability to operate diagnostic equipment under pressure
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
