Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms via phone, telehealth, and in-person triage using provided digital health systems
- Prioritize cases using standardized protocols and electronic triage software
- Coordinate with ER physicians and specialists using provided communication devices
- Document patient encounters using supplied EHR platforms (Epic/Cerner)
- Provide initial medical guidance using supplied reference materials and clinical decision support tools
- Manage patient flow using provided scheduling and tracking systems
- Maintain accurate records using supplied documentation templates
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado
- Minimum 2 years emergency department or urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (equipment provided for renewal)
- Proficiency with electronic health records (training provided)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
