Responsibilities
- Assess patient symptoms using provided digital diagnostic tools to determine urgency level
- Coordinate with emergency physicians using telehealth platforms for rapid case prioritization
- Document electronic health records with precision using our EMR system
- Provide clear medical guidance to patients via phone and video consultations
- Train on new equipment including portable ultrasound and AI-assisted symptom checkers
- Maintain equipment calibration and quality control standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kansas with minimum 2 years emergency/urgent care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience with telehealth platforms and EMR systems
- Ability to operate diagnostic equipment (ECG, digital vitals, etc.)
- Strong clinical decision-making skills under pressure
- Excellent communication and de-escalation abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
